2. Selected data protection methods used by the Operator

  1. The areas where you log in and enter personal data are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). This means that personal data and login information entered on the website are encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read by the target server.
  2. The Operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.
  3. An important element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, which in particular means regular updates of programming components.

  2. To ensure technical reliability, the hosting company maintains server-level logs. The following data may be logged:

    4. client station name – identification performed via the HTTP protocol,
    5. information about errors that occurred during the execution of an HTTP transaction,
    6. URL address of the page previously visited by the user (referrer link) – if the Website was accessed via a link,
    7. information about the user’s browser,

    9. diagnostic information related to the process of self-ordering services via on-site loggers,
    10. information related to the handling of emails sent to and from the Operator.

4. Your rights and additional information on how your data is used

  1. In certain situations, the Controller has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if this is necessary to perform the contract concluded with you or to fulfill the Controller’s obligations. This applies to the following groups of recipients:
    1. hosting company on an entrusted basis
  2. Your personal data will be processed by the Controller no longer than necessary to perform the related activities specified in separate regulations (e.g., accounting regulations). With respect to marketing data, the data will not be processed for more than 3 years.
  3. You have the right to request from the Controller:
    1. access to your personal data,
    2. rectification,
    3. erasure,
    4. restriction of processing,
    5. and data portability.

You have the right to object to the processing indicated in point 3.2, regarding the processing of personal data for the purpose of pursuing legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, including profiling. However, the right to object will not be exercised if there are compelling legitimate grounds for processing, overriding interests, rights, and freedoms, in particular the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. You may file a complaint regarding the Administrator’s actions with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
  5. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the operation of the Website.
  6. You may be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, for the purpose of providing services under the concluded contract and for the Administrator’s direct marketing purposes.
  7. Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of personal data protection regulations. This means that we do not transfer it outside the European Union.

5. Contact form

  1. The website collects information voluntarily provided by the user, including personal data, if provided.
  2. The website may store information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).

The operator does not provide personal data to the operator of this service, only anonymized information. The service relies on the use of cookies on the user’s end device.
